Loyal is an early stage company developing drugs to help dogs live longer, healthier lives.

Loyal is hiring an Operations Manager for the Regulatory and Strategy group. This group shapes the direction of the company and creates the path to market for products that are intended to delay and reverse aging in dogs. These are first-in-class approaches, so you will be helping break new ground for regulatory strategy. It is essential that you are excited about the opportunities a startup has to offer and want to make a difference, but also that you can focus on details and delivery. You can learn more about our culture and working at a startup here.

You will be the right hand man or woman for the VP of Regulatory and Strategy (Karen Greenwood), working to design and implement the strategy we follow as a company and ensure that execution is flawless. You will work closely with our R&D (led by Michael LaCroix-Fralish), Computational Biology (led by Tom Roseberry) and Operations (led by McKinley Hindi) teams, and of course our CEO, Celine Halioua. This is a great role for someone with a startup mindset who is mission motivated by developing new medicines and wants to apply a disruptive mindset to biopharma. Your close attention to detail will make sure that nothing gets dropped along our journey, and you will be involved in all aspects of our path to market and beyond.

Loyal is founded and led by a first-gen, female CEO – we encourage and look forward to diverse applicants.
