Loyal is an early stage company developing drugs to help dogs live longer, healthier lives. Loyal is hiring a Project Manager for CMC & Supply Chain. You’ll join an existing team of project managers to improve company processes in general and to ensure that CMC activities are executed efficiently to a very high quality bar.. You will report to our VP of Project Management and Strategy and work closely with our manufacturing experts.

While you will be ultimately responsible for project management of the CMC activities, you will have ample opportunity to work with, learn from, and influence other aspects of the company. Your work may include:

  • Coordinating work and communication across our external CMC specialists

  • Managing CDMOs

  • Managing manufacturing timelines

  • Designing and implementing tracking, risk management and reporting tools

  • Interfacing with project managers and team leaders at CMOs to design and pressure test plans and make sure they are executed as proposed

  • Track budgeting, invoicing and payment of CMC costs

  • Provide a link between the CMC and commercial groups and supply chain management. Initial supply chain management is likely to fall to the CMC project manager.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent

  • Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulatory requirements,

  • You do not need prior formal PM experience
